You may have missed this article amongst all the transfer speculation but Qbase have secured a new high profile signing in former Everton FC man Jim Fantozzi. Jim joins Qbase as Customer Journey Manager and will be working alongside veteran Rob Jones.
Jim Fantozzi has had an illustrious career having spent the first 8 years working for marketing agencies Cheetham Bell and BJL, before transferring to Everton FC in the 2007/08 season.
At Everton FC Jim spent 7 years working as Marketing Services Manager and produced a number of highly effective and creative marketing campaigns. Jim also embraced business insight technologies such as FastStats and was an integral part of the team who brought data driven marketing to the club.

Jim’s background made him the number one candidate for the role of Customer Journey Manager. Combining analytical data and insight knowledge with a creative agency background makes Jim unique because he can look at data through the eyes of a creative marketing professional, but look creative marketing campaigns through the eyes of a data analyst. This means that Jim can help and guide customers through the process by becoming the gateway through which the data and marketing teams can understand one another.
