High quality standards through audited attention to detail

Qbase has a comprehensive quality management prorgramme covering all aspects of our services.

Our quality management programme is underpinned by our ISO 9001:2008 accreditation, under which we have twice-yearly inspections from the BSI to review in detail the quality of our service delivery.

Data quality checks

At every stage of the production process data is checked for accuracy and audited back to the source data to ensure the highest possible levels of accuracy. There are four stages of data quality checking;

At each of these stages an individual not involved in the production process verifies the data, thereby ensuring that we deliver the right data and results every time.

ISO 9001:2008

Qbase is fully certified by BSI to this quality standard. All projects are managed under our formal project management structure using the Qbase Extranet as the project management resource allocation and project status monitoring tool.
