To support our medium and long term strategic objectives we are continuing our recruitment drive to significantly increase sales and account management resource across the Qbase group.
After a period of unprecedented growth and recruitment in all areas of operations, HR and administration, and a further recruitment in account management positions, we are now looking for a new Sales Director for our Data Services division and a Head of Sales for our Cloud Services division.
We are seeking to appoint a Sales Director to accommodate a period of expansion in a rapidly growing Marketing Data Services business. Initially reporting to the Commercial Director, the person we are looking for will own the sales pipeline, being targeted on sales conversion of leads, customer retention and growth. We require them to lead a small, but focused, sales team and require them to work directly with many of our largest clients.
Ideally we need someone with experience in selling solutions in a data, marketing or in a software background. The new position requires someone who is ambitious, responds well to targets and is completely customer focused in their approach to both sales and account management.
The role will demand a candidate who is familiar with, and has experience of, working with customers on large projects, as well as general day-to-day service requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build the sales function into a much larger, multi-disciplinary team, as we recognise that we will need to significantly grow the sales function within Qbase over the next 36 months. So general management skills and the ability to recruit and train new sales staff will become an important part of this role.
HEAD OF SALES
Our Cloud Services division is seeking a Head of Sales with a strong sales background to develop new business relationships, drive sales and to assist in managing current customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and exciting business in the field of Software-as-a-Service (Saas) based Marketing Services.
The role requires someone to lead the sales initiatives that are defined in our sales and marketing strategy and assist with account management responsibilities for existing customers and new business. The Head of Sales will be responsible for sales growth and identifying new opportunities within existing clients. Our customers will look to our Head of Sales for expertise and guidance in supporting their business, marketing and data objectives.
Cloud Services products are purchased by both Private and Public sector organisations, predominantly in the UK but some overseas. The Head of Sales role will be stationed in London and with our head office in Warrington, Cheshire, some travel will be necessary.
