Euler’s Business Insight team, which provides cutting-edge customer insight and analysis solutions for a wide range of businesses and sectors, have increased their number of fully accredited Apteco trainers. This means Euler has even more highly skilled and advanced specialists capable of delivering the very best training on Apteco’s suite of products.
Tran and Laird amongst new Apteco trainers
Olivia Tran and Dominic Laird join a team of experienced trainers who have empowered many organisations to take systems such as FastStats and run them in-house, helping Euler customers save thousands of pounds in insight outsource costs.
Following the successful accreditation, Olivia Tran, Business Insight Analyst at Euler, commented: “I am so excited to be able to start training our customers. Apteco delivered a very rigorous and challenging course, and I am relieved to have passed. Dominic and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Matthew Porter and Gary Kenealy for guiding us through it. Now the fun begins.”

Five fully qualified trainers in the business insight group
Euler now has 5 fully qualified trainers within the Business Insight team, with more to follow. BI Team Leader, Matthew Porter, said: Olivia and Dominic are amongst the newest recruits to the Business Insight team and since day one have really embraced both Euler and the projects they have been responsible for. We have always known they were more than capable of delivering training and to have that recognised and accredited by Apteco is fantastic for them and our organisation. However, we are not stopping there. We want to continue increasing our accredited trainer numbers and expand our capacity.
