It enabled them to win the hearts and minds of their fans and execute one of their most successful personalised marketing campaigns on record. Here’s what their senior insight manager, Kyle Cockett has to say about us…
“The Club introduced its first Insight team at the start of the 2015/16 season. One of the first objectives for the team was to distil and analyse the large volumes of information that we hold on our supporters. To help with this objective, we called upon the team at Qbase who were able to support us with the implementation of the Apteco FastStats platform.
“Since then, FastStats has helped us to increase the level of personalisation that we deliver to our supporters. We have successfully used FastStats on several projects, most notably during the last two Season Ticket campaigns. The platform has allowed us to measure retention trends across separate groups of fans and identify Season Ticket holders at substantial risk of churn.
“In conjunction with segmentation research, we have used the findings to target high risk groups, introduce new price categories and personalise our messaging. Over the course of the last two seasons, we have introduced the Club’s first ever waiting list and experienced record Season Ticket sales, with two consecutive sell-out seasons.
